Lan cable introduction:
Lan cable, in computer field called pair twisting cable. Lan cable is the cable connect computer network card with ADSL modem or router or interchanger.Lan cable send out modulating signal, computer network card can't read directly, need ADSL modem transfer. ADSL modem one side connect telephone wire, one side connect Lan cable. Lan cable used internet connect usage house wiring for buildings,multimedia system, computer network, regional data exchange nerwork.Lan cable cat7 Max transmissibility is 1000MHz, test for voice transfer, Max transmission speed is 10Gbp.

condutor bunching → core wire insulation→ cross production → core wire pair twisting →core wire laying up → taping and braiding shielding → cable jacket extruding.

important notice in Lan cable production:
1. Insulation:
concentricity need around 95%-97%, use different core wire diameter to reduce crosstalk between the two wires.
2. Pair twisting:
1) back twist can reduce the eccentricity influence of resistant; back twist ratio, the higher the better.
2) Pair twist pitch influence the near-end crosstalk and attenuation; in the pair twisting process, the tension of the two wire keep stable and equal, the two wire is better keep the same length.
3. Laying up:
laying up pitch influence the stability of the cable inner structure, the laying up pitch is around 100mm, the pitch need to keep stable, four core wires tension equal, use big size guiding pulleys, keep the cable inner structure stable and tight.
4. Jacket extruding:
the cable jacket need to keep smooth, round. The cover of the jacket can’t be too big or small, it should not make the cable loose or stress the cable inner structure.
