usage:
auto take up used for core wire high speed continuous take up, take up can auto changeover the shaft. take up speed Max.1200m/min.
machine features:
1. auto change over, continuous production: auto take up use double head shaftless take up; when one reel is full, knife auto cut wire,the traverse auto change to another reel,and start the take up on the empty reel.
2. auto unload reel, save labor: auto take up pneumatically auto push out the reel, pneumatically auto tighten the reel.
3. the take up no need to use accumulator, only need a tension rack, auto control the take up speed, special used for high quality signal cable.
4. reel change wire clampper: the wire clampper use special wear-resistant alloy, with high temperature treatment, easy to open and close, can use for longer time.
