usage:
pay off used for big size copper wire, aluminum wire, core wire, cable and other wires high speed and heavy bearing weight pay off, the pay off is motor driven pay off, electrical lift, hand wheel or pneumatic tighten reels.

1. the pay off no need base construction, the reel can running horizontally into the tighten tip cones, the install is much easy then traditional stand column pay off. Which can be set on anywhere you want.
