usage:
magnetic portal type pay off can used for middle or big size extrusion lines, twisting machines, laying up machine and other machine. the portal pay off use double motor lift pay off reels, double motor direction tighten, magnetic pay off tension control.
machine features:
1. pay off no need base construction, the reel can running horizontally into the tighten tip cones, the install is much easy then traditional stand column pay off. Which can be set on anywhere you want.
2. pay off use two side tighten: roll the reel to the tigthen between the two tighten tip cones, press left/right tighten button, the two stand column will slide together in two side, tighten the reel, no need to move reel in the tighten process.
3. save labour: pay off use electrical tighten/lift, no need much labour in the process.
4. safety guarding: pay off has motor overload protect, electricity lack phase protect, lift limit, and other protection, greatly reduce the working failure, makes the machine much more durable.
